NEW CLIENT BOOKING POLICY

New clients who contact us to book their first appointment will be required to provide a credit card on file to hold/reserve the date and time of their appointment. By booking your appointment you are agreeing to the terms that the scheduled service charge will be non-refundable less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time or should the new client no-show for their scheduled appointment.

HOLIDAY SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY  

During the holiday season, our schedule remains fully booked, and the demand from clients to get an appointment is at the highest. Last-minute (less than 48 hours), Same-Day, or No-Show appointment cancellations will be charged a full scheduled services cancellation fee. Although we understand that emergencies can arise, we know our clients honor our time & business as much as we honor theirs. Booking appointments will be considered as your acceptance of our Cancellation Policy; therefore, please be certain you have reviewed these terms. We are unable to fill your scheduled appointment time when it is canceled last minute or you do not show up for your scheduled time. Please note: Clients who fail to cancel 48 hours in advance or do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will be subject to a full-service cancellation fee & will be required to pay before future appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Although we understand that emergencies can arise, we know our clients honor our time as much as we honor theirs. If you are unable to keep your reservation, kindly give us at least 48 hours’ notice. This courtesy maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others and allows other clients the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.Please note: Clients who fail to cancel 48 hours in advance will be subject to 50% or full-service cancellation fee & may be required to pay before booking future appointments or add a credit card to their profile. Booking reservations will be considered your acceptance of our Cancellation Policy; therefore, please be certain you have reviewed and agree to these terms.

LATE POLICY

We understand situations may arise which may cause you to be late. If you have not arrived, we will give you a courtesy text/call from the salon approximately 10 minutes after your scheduled reservation. If for any reason you expect to be more than 10 minutes late, please call us at 732-270-0001. Please be aware, in the unfortunate event you are late, and it affects the following appointment time we may need to abbreviate your service or reschedule your reservation for another day and may result in a no-show fee.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If a client is a no-show or last-minute cancel less than 48 hours they will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and required to prepay in order to secure future appointments.

CONFIRMATION POLICY

Sniptease makes every effort to notify you of your scheduled reservation 48 hours in advance via Text and Email as well as a 24-hour advance text, but it is ultimately your responsibility to confirm your scheduled appointment.

CONFIRMATION EMAILS

Confirmation emails are sent 48 hours in advance of scheduled reservations. Please notify us at that time if you are needing to reschedule.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept all major credit cards, gift cards, and cash. We do not accept tips on credit cards, but have an ATM onsite.

RETURN POLICY

Products can be returned for salon credit within seven days of purchase with the receipt. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, we invite you to contact us to discuss how we can address your concerns and find a solution to be sure you leave happy.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

Gift certificates can be purchased in any dollar denomination and may be used in our salon for all products and services. If you would like to add gratuity, you must do so in advance. Certificates are non-refundable if lost or stolen. Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. The certificate holder must be present at the time of service. Certificates expire after a year. Certificates can be purchased in-person at the salon, or via email by requesting it at OhHello@sniptease.com and you will receive an invoice, upon receipt of payment the gift certificate will be issued.

HAIR EXTENSION DEPOSIT POLICY

Deposits are required to secure your hair extension appointment. A hair extension application cannot be booked unless a deposit has been made. A hair extension deposit ranges from 25% to 50% of the total cost. Hair Extension deposits are applied toward the total cost of your hair extension service. Deposits are non-refundable once product has been ordered. This also applies for no show appointments and/or cancellations of hair extension appointments. All hair extension services require the purchase of a basic hair care regimen in order to guarantee the application. Absolutely NO REFUNDS are available for hair extensions deposits and services
